Techco CAI Install
I have a 2008 Charger R/T (5.7L) and I am looking to get a Techco CAI and have it installed. I am semi local here in Boca. This is the first mod for the car - any other suggestions that arent budget busters?

The pulley sounds like a good addition to add hp to the wheels.
eventually i will make a big move up with a supercharger but for now i want to do small mods that add a bit until i have the money to make the big move. also trying to keep the stock r/t body look while having a real runner under the hood. plus keeping the body makes it is easier to hide the modifications from the wife ; ) |

Maverick has you on a good track. I would definitely suggest the predator and a 180 Thermostat, if you do no other mods at least do the pred..best bacg for the buck by far.
From there things like CAI, Catback, underdrive pulley etc would be the next steps.

So Kris
you suggest out of my modifications that my stage 1 be a Predator and 180 Thermostat then stage 2 CAI, Catback and Underdrive Pulley? I guess I am a bit cautious with messing with the cars computer and warranty. How much are we looking at for the Pred and 180 Tstat sold and installed/programmed? how long of a process is that just so i can allocate my time and drive up to WPB?
