I received my catch can and was dismayed to find 2 things.
There were no instructions of any kind. This problem I solved courtesy of Challenger Forumz.
The second more disturbing issue is this will not fit a 2010 5.7L Challenger with a stock air intake.
It's a bit of a bum deal to have the real nice upgrade that I cannot use until I purchase a CAI.

We are excited to announce our new company name ... Speedlogix, Inc.

To celebrate our new name announcement, we have a couple of great offers ...

1) FREE SHIPPING to the US48 on EVERYTHING in our store!! This will run the entire day of 9/1 - from 12:00a - 11:59p. To take advantage of this special offer, use the discount code: sx-freeship

2) FREE Speedlogix Decal!! To receive your free Speedlogix decal, order it here: http://www.bmcspeedshop.com/product_p/sx-d-10-w.htm

Note: Our online store will have a new look, but all your account information and history will be retained, and you can view it all here: www.speedlogixstore.com

Over the next few days we will be branding everything from BMC Performance to Speedlogix, and we'll post about each change to keep you in the loop. We will have a new web site, a revamped online store, new email accounts and a new toll free phone number, but all our old contact information will forward so we won't miss any of your communications. Our contact thread will be revised as well as all the other threads impacted by this name change ... stay tuned for brand new products and Speedlogix logo items to be posted, too!

=========================================

You may be wondering ... why did we change our name? Here is a little background ...

As some of you may be aware, we started out as a Mustang performance specialty shop, and specifically as a resource to the members of the Black Mustang Club ("BMC"), which I founded in 2003 and still own today. In mid-2006 we (my husband Kris, specifically) purchased a Charger SRT8 and we began enhancing it as well as providing parts to the LX community. From there our passion for the LX platform and community grew and our focus quickly became LX/LC vehicles. Currently we own the 2006 Charger SRT8 that started us out in the LX world, as well as a Challenger R/T and a 300C SRT8.

So, with our hard core focus on Mopar high performance, over the course of time a name change is something we have been considering as we want our company name to reflect what we are about. The "BMC" will remain as the "Black Mustang Club" and we are confident this added distinction will be a positive move for our performance parts shop as well as the club.

In addition, we all fell in love with the name Speedlogix as well as our new Speedlogix and SX logos (above). Some loved it so much, in fact, that two of our guys got SX tattoos last week ...

(That is Mikey's arm and Sam's leg ... I am blessed with a very dedicated staff!)

We hope for a smooth transition and appreciate your business and support over the years!! If you have any questions or concerns, please post here or email me directly at lisa@speedlogix.net.

Thank you,

Lisa and the Speedlogix team!

Went to Homestead Motorsports to run the Friday Test-n-Tune. For those that don't know.... It's an 1/8 mile "track" they setup on the pit straight of the oval track. (We poor folk in Miami don't get a 1/4 mile track... LOL) It's a good time... I have a blast and I'm hooked... What is better than PBIR is that we get to use the pit garages instead of being out in the open....nice benefit as Dan and I discovered last Wednesday at PBIR... LOL

Anyway, just wanted to post my new personal best....I am similar to Kris' car in that it's a Black SRT8 (Kris and I agree it's the best color) running a Vortech with the canned Vortech tune. I did take the step of going to a drag radial but I went with a Nitto 555R set with a set of 20 inch wheels on a 5-115 bolt pattern I picked up for a song. Cheap is good particularly when I'm learning....

My best was:

RT - 0.244
60ft. - 2.023
330 ft - 5.483. @ 66.92 MPH
1/8 mi - 8.302. @ 86.37 MPH

I am consistent now in that 60 ft but I can't break the 2s time so it's a bit frustrating. I'm still trying to find that magic launch RPM.

I am thinking that if I go to PBIR when it is not in a monsoon like it was this past Wednesday.... I could get into the mid to low 12's at the least maybe, on a good day and I learn to really launch the car (like I hear Lisa can do...), I'll break into the 11's. For certain, on a dedicated drag strip, I am sure I can get below the 2 sec 60ft. One thing is certain, I know the 1/8 mi is not enough to let the SC really give me big power...

Anyway....that's my story and I'm sticking to it.... ;-)
